#83 - Potato pancakes snack bento

For today's course we had another snack bento with potato pancakes as main dish :)

In one tier there are 4 potato pancakes (2 each) and laughing cow cheese. In the other tier there is cucumber, some sour cream and baby corn in tomato paste. The recipe for the potato pancakes I found at The Awesome Vegetarian. They are made with Rosemary and Thyme and I liked them a lot! They are nice either hot or cold and a good way to variate with your potatoes.
