I decided to go with an Italian themed bento, simply because Italian ingredients taste so good :) I made a pasta dish with mushrooms, pesto, cherry tomatoes and mascarpone cheese. In the front tier there are mozzarella, basil and cherry tomato skewers on top of a salad. There is a pesto-yoghurt dressing in the cup to go with it. It is a very easy and quick bento but the skewers make it look a bit more appealing.
