The bento contains pasta salad, lettuce, apples and grapes.
Here the recipe for a simple but tasty pasta salad:
- 400 gram pasta tricolore
- 250 gram of mushrooms
- 1/2 a zucchini
- 150 gram of herbal cream cheese
- Red pesto to taste
First cook the pasta, drain and let it cool down a bit but not icy cold. Cut mushrooms and zucchini and stir fry in a bit of olive oil. Drain really well and then mix it in with the pasta. Mix the herbal cheese through it. Since the pasta is still semi-warm it should melt through it. Last add some pesto. I used about 1/3 of a jar, but since pesto has a strong taste you should add how much you like :)
You can eat the pasta salad warmish or cool it down completely. Both variations taste great!
