Sunday: Sweet potato croquets. We ate them with peas and a vegetarian schnitzel with bell pepper stuffing. This pic is from when we had the leftovers as a snack later that week :)
Monday and Tuesday: Pasta with spinach, cream cheese and tomatoes.
Wednesday: A Turkish bread with pizza toppings :)
Thursday and Friday lunch: Couscous oven fritatta. (recipe to come)
Thursday and Friday dinner: Indian Spinach Curry. Nom!! Must make again soon!
Saturday: Leftover noodles with stir fry veggies from the freezer.
Today we are baking again with more leftover pepernoten, so look out for another recipe with those :) And we will have 2 more new recipes on the menu from a new cookbook I borrowed from the library.
