Menu for week 23

This week had been a bit weird weather wise. From cool and rainy to hot and tropical. It does show in the menu. Next week will be a bit weird because we are away for the weekend, so there won;t appear a weekly menu post next Sunday. It might come on Monday or I might skip a week, just a heads up.

Sunday: Mashpost with endive and feta

Monday and Tuesday: Couscous salad from World Food Cafe (recipe to come)

Tuesday and Wednesday Lunch: Tuna melts (recipe to come)

Wednesday: Mexican omelet in wraps

Thursday and Friday: Beans & rice in sateh sauce (recipe to come)

Friday Treat: Yoghurt-Peach ice cream (recipe to come)

Saturday: Pouting fish and sweet potato fries with basil mayo.
